    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced bank teller to join our team.

    • Acquiring new customer relationships
    • Uncovering and understanding customers’ financial needs
    • Resolving customer service issues

    QUALIFICATIONS

    These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally
    considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position. The requirements listed below
    are
    representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the position in a
    satisfactory
    manner.

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Minimum of six (6) months prior experience in sales and service
    • Minimum of six (6) months cash handling experience

    Flexibility to work as scheduled (Monday through Friday, and Saturday rotation)

  • Marketing Specialist

    Marketing Specialist Job Overview

    Greater State Bank is looking for a Marketing Specialist. Graphic Design & Administrative experience is a plus.

    This position requires creating visual aspects for all social media platforms including email templates. Your designs and graphics should capture the attention and communicate the right message. The goal is to attract the target audience and schedule presentations with new leads & help with other administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, develop, design, launch and monitor engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, twitter, etc.)
    • Optimized online adverts through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google AdWords, email campaigns etc. to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
    • Execute a driven social media strategy.
    • Assist with the strategies to build a lasting digital connection with our customers.
    • Interact with new leads, prospects or clients and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
    • Create written/photo content.
    • Visit potential clients & attend events to produce social media content.
    • Schedule presentations and meetings with potential and existing customers.
    • Design, plan, and monitor our newsletters and promotional emails sent to our clients through various channels.
    • Create & implement ideas for the Brand of the company and influence marketing strategy.
    • Prepare and present ideas to attract new leads to our business.
    • Review analytics & measure performance of digital marketing campaigns using a variety of Web analytics tools like Google Analytics or other similar tools to create reports on key metrics.
    • Administrative Tasks & any other duties assigned as needed.

    Skills

    • Passion for social media and proficiency with the major social media platforms.
    • Proficiency with video & Photo editing tools
    • Knowledge with any design software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Canva, Illustrator or similar
    • Proven experience in social media and Digital Marketing
    • Experience with SEO/SEM, social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns.
    • Knowledge & experience of web analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar
    • Skills and experience in creative content writing & editing.
    • Experience taking professional photos for social media and related marketing needs.
    • Strong experience writing Content.
    • Proven design and marketing experience.
    • Excellent communication & social listening skills
    • Time management skills & ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to perform administrative tasks.
    • Bilingual preferred.

    Education

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may
    be asked to perform.

    • Proactively acquiring new customer relationships, leveraging centers of influence
      through daily conversations
    • Uses profiling methods to uncover and understand the customer’s financial needs, to find
      solutions and refer customers to bank partners for specialized products
    • Provides world-class customer service and creates a positive banking experience
    • Works with customers to resolve customer service issues
    • Performs various account maintenance
    • Performs vault functions as necessary
    • Actively contributes to team’s success
    • Balance teller drawer, verify accuracy of posted transactions
    • Complies with all federal and state laws and regulations, and all established bank
      policies and procedures
    • Maintains current knowledge of all rules, regulations and laws as they apply to
      BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act/CIP/AML
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Banking experience is desired
    • High level customer sales and service experience is desired
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired
